01. Custom & Made-to-Measure Garments

Every bespoke and made-to-measure piece is individually hand-cut and crafted to your unique body dimensions and style choices.

• No Refunds or Exchanges: Because these items are entirely unique to you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, fabric preferences, or event cancellations once production has commenced.

• Our Fit Guarantee: We are completely committed to your flawless silhouette. If a custom garment does not fit perfectly upon delivery, we will address it through our precise alteration process outlined below.

02. In-Studio Alterations

For clients who complete their measurements and fittings on-site at our studio:

• Complimentary Adjustments: Any fine-tuning required within 30 days of your final pickup is entirely complimentary.

• In-Person Assessment: Simply book a follow-up fitting, and our master tailor will personally adjust the garment to achieve the perfect drape.

03. Ready-to-Wear & Accessories

For non-custom items purchased directly from our site (e.g., pocket squares, ties, cufflinks, or standard-sized items):

• 14-Day Return Window: You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in their original luxury packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for ready-to-wear items are the responsibility of the client unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
