By accessing our website and engaging our tailoring services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our digital showroom and studio services.

 

02. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Orders

Every custom garment is individually cut and crafted to your exact specifications.

• Finality of Orders: Once fabric selection, design details, and measurements are confirmed and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

• Measurement Accuracy: For online orders, the client is entirely responsible for the accuracy of measurements submitted via our guide. For in-person orders, our studio guarantees fit based on measurements taken on-site.

 

03. Fittings & Production Timelines

• Estimated Timelines: Production times (typically 3 to 5 weeks) are estimates and may vary based on fabric availability, global shipping, and season complexity. We are not liable for delayed deliveries due to external supply chain factors.

• Fitting Appointments: For bespoke services requiring basted fittings, clients must attend scheduled fitting sessions in a timely manner. Delays in booking appointments will directly extend the final delivery date. [1]

 

04. Pricing & Payment

• Payment Terms: Full payment, or a minimum 50% deposit (depending on your shop policy), is required before fabric sourcing and cutting commence. Any outstanding balance must be settled in full before or upon final garment handover.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for fabrics, tailoring services, and shipping rates at any time without prior notice. [1]

 

05. Fabric & Material Variance

We source premium, natural textiles from top international mills. Due to the nature of luxury fabrics (such as wool, silk, and linen), minor variations in color weave, shade, and texture may occur between digital screen swatches and the physical garment.

 

06. Intellectual Property

All website content, photography, typography, logos, and custom garment garment designs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of our shop. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. [1, 2, 3, 4]

 

07. Limitation of Liability
