01. Crafting & Delivery Timeline

Every garment we make is uniquely tailored to your specifications.

• Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Items: Crafting takes 3 to 5 weeks from the date your final measurements and fabric selections are locked in.

• Ready-to-Wear & Accessories: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

Once your order is complete and undergoes our strict quality control check, it will be securely packaged and shipped via courier services (e.g., SF Express, HK post).

 

02. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We offer secure, fully insured premium shipping worldwide to ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition.

• Domestic Shipping: Complimentary express shipping on all orders over HKD1500(otherwise a flat rate a HKD50 of each order applies).

• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your destination. International express delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days once dispatched.

 

03. Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and an estimated delivery date. All shipments require a signature upon delivery to guarantee your premium garments reach you safely.

 

04. Duties & Taxes

• Domestic Orders: All taxes are included at checkout.

• International Orders: Shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes incurred once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

05. Alterations & Fits for Remote Orders

If you ordered online using our measurement guide and your garment requires minor adjustments, please review our Alterations Policy or contact our studio within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your silhouette is flawless.
